Michael Krug

Michael is Principal, Platinum Consultant, and founder of QMS and is involved in all consulting services activities of the company. He is a recognized expert of SAP’s Quality Management module and has given 13 presentations at the ASUG national conferences as well as multiple others at the PLM conferences. He has over 13 years of consulting experience focusing on delivering QM solutions to customers in a wide variety of industries. He has been instrumental in implementing QM functionality and has developed a special focus on calibration implementations. His greatest assets are his functional knowledge, creativity, and tested technical background. Prior to founding QMS, Mr. Krug founded and grew ITSG llc, a core SAP services provider, and was also leading QM implementations for various clients. His current focus is QMS customers and helping them to understand the capability of SAP QM when augmented by the talent that QMS has to offer.

Carl Dunlap

Carl Dunlap is Principal and Platinum Consultant at Quality Management Solutions, Inc (QMS). Carl has 16 years of experience with Enterprise Applications, including 15 years of SAP QM experience. Carl joins QMS through the merger of Cohesion’s SAP QM Consulting division with QMS.  Prior to QMS, Carl was the founder and President of Cohesion, Inc., an SAP implementation services provider focused on using SAP Quality Management (QM) to satisfy quality and regulatory requirements of Life Sciences (Medical Device, Pharma, BioPharma) customers using SAP software.  Carl is a recognized expert in SAP Quality Management (SAP QM) and has worked on over 30 projects for Fortune 1000 customers worldwide. He is often called upon to speak at SAP conferences including SAPPHIRE and ASUG. Carl has also worked as a channel partner and reseller of SAP when he served as VP of Services at Idhasoft / Ki Solutions and Director of Pre-Sales at GCS/Yash.  Carl’s experience also includes roles in the field of Enterprise Portals when he served as Senior Business Development Manager for Plumtree Software. Prior to Plumtree, Carl held the position of Director of Business Development Manager for BrightStar’s SAP ERP practice. Carl came to BrightStar through the acquisition of TBQ Associates, Inc. where he was the President and co-founder. Before founding TBQ, Carl was employed as a Senior Logistics Consultant for SAP America. While at SAP, Carl was vital to the creation of the SAP University Alliance Program. Carl holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Productions and Operations Management. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Chico.

Brian Hillhouse

Brian is the Vice President of Business Development at QMS. He has over 15 years experience in the Life Sciences industries. Brian's career began in distribution at Geneva Pharmaceuticals. After 2 years as the Manager of Distribution Operations, he became a functional lead in the pilot implementation of SAP for Novartis Pharmaceuticals. The successful implementation was a cornerstone in Brian's successful career in systems and SAP management. After a year as the Manager of Systems Logistics at Geneva Pharmaceuticals (now Sandoz), he left to become the SAP Manager at CryoLife, Inc. His 6 years at CryoLife consisted of managing all aspects of SAP beginning with the initial implementation. Brian has overseen the growth and Maintenance of SAP at CryoLife including the inception of QM functionality that began nearly three years ago. Now Brian is focused on QMS and its promise of providing exceptional services to its customers.
