QMS merges with Cohesion, Inc. |

Quality Management Solutions, Inc. (QMS) a professional services company focused on SAP Quality Management, and the SAP QM consulting division of Cohesion Inc, a services company focused on using SAP to meet Quality and Regulatory requirements of Life Sciences Customers, are pleased to announce their merger forming QMS - the premier SAP Quality Management service company in North America. Cohesion brings its focus and implementation experience with medical device, pharmaceutical, and other FDA regulated companies together with QMS and its focus on process and discrete industry customers including an emphasis on Consumer Product and Food companies.
“The merger with QMS presents a unique opportunity to scale and grow a combined SAP practice that leverages the QM and Life Sciences experience of Cohesion with a wider range of SAP QM industry expertise, technical know-how, and SAP resources at QMS,” said Carl Dunlap, President and Founder of Cohesion, Inc.
